The T4G Meal Plan

All meals served with Fresh-brewed Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Iced Tea & Iced Water. 

Lunch – April 11th:
“Fiesta”

  • Seasoned ground beef & ground turkey tacos w/corn & flour tortillas
  • Baked cheese enchiladas
  • Refried beans
  • Yellow rice
  • Lettuce, diced tomatoes, olives, sour cream
  • Assorted salsas
  • Cinnamon & sugar churros
Dinner – April 11th:
“Kentucky Country Buffet”

  • Kentucky hot brown casserole
  • Deep fried cod with homemade tartar sauce
  • Oven roasted red potatoes
  • Seasonal vegetables
  • Southern style cole slaw
  • Chef’s selection of desserts
Lunch – April 12th:
“Backyard Grill Out”

  • Grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, and marinated chicken breast, sesame & whole wheat buns
  • Appropriate condiments

  • Cole slaw
  • Fruit Salad
  • Freshly baked assorted cookies
Dinner – April 12th:
“Sunday Dinner”

  • Slow cooked beef pot roast
  • Baked chicken quarters
  • Mashed potatoes w/home gravy
