Refund Requests

We are offering three options for those seeking a refund. In all cases, you will not receive access to view the T4G20 Livestream or receive the Zero Dollar Books ($230 value). The three options are

1. Transfer Ticket to T4G22: We will count your T4G20 registration towards registration at T4G22 which is scheduled for April 19-21, 2022 in Louisville, Kentucky.
2. Partial Refund: If you are able to request a partial refund (e.g. 25% or 50%), we greatly appreciate your support of our ministry. We will process your partial refund request within 7-14 business days.
3. Full Refund: We will process your refund within 7-14 business days and hope to see you again at T4G22.

Who can request refunds?

Only group leaders and individual ticket purchasers may request a transfer or refund in Eventbrite. That means for all group members, only the group leader is able to log into Eventbrite to request transfer, partial refund or full refunds.

Group Leaders: Ticket transfer and refund requests happen at the level of Eventbrite Order Number, not individual tickets within your group. We will let you choose different refund options for each group member, but please be as specific as possible in your refund request memo form so we correctly update your form. We have laid out a few scenarios below to help you understand how to communicate to us.
