Preaching from the Old Testament (Session II)
Pastors are to faithfully preach the whole counsel of God. This includes the Old Testament. The Old Testament ought to be taught in an expositional manner displaying Christ, redemptive history, the character of God and the Christian life. The whole counsel of God is meant to point to Christ Jesus the fulfillment of all prophecy.
