Latinos Juntos por el Evangelio (Latinos Together for the Gospel)

Es evidente que hay un despertar en el mundo hispano hacia las doctrinas que retumbaron en Europa hace 500 años con las voces de los reformadores protestantes; doctrinas que tuvieron muy poco impacto en España y en el Nuevo Mundo. Por la providencia de Dios, en esta era digital las doctrinas de la gracia han penetrado poco a poco a Latinoamérica. Juan Sánchez dialoga con Sugel Michelén y Miguel Núñez sobre esta realidad y lo que implica para la iglesia hispana.


Juan Sanchez

Juan has served as senior pastor of High Pointe Baptist Church since August 2005. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds an MDiv, a ThM, and a PhD in systematic theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. In addition, Juan serves as a council member of The Gospel Coalition, co-founder and president of Coalición, and assistant professor of Christian theology at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has authored numerous books, including 1 Peter for You and Seven Dangers Facing your Church. His most recent book is The Leadership Formula: Develop the Next Generation of Leaders in the Church. Juan has been married to Jeanine since 1990, and they have five adult daughters.

Miguel Nunez

Dr. Miguel Nuñez is the senior pastor of the International Baptist Church in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He is the author of two books: Jesus: the Man that Challenged the World and Confronts Your Life and A Church After God’s Own Heart.

Sugel Michelén

Sugel Michelén (MTS) is a member of the Council of Coalition for the Gospel. For 30 years he has been one of the pastors of the Biblical Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in the Dominican Republic, where he has the responsibility of regularly preaching the Word of God on the Lord's day. He is the author of Words to the Tired, Towards an Authentically Christian Education, and an illustrated book for children titled The Most Extraordinary History Never Told. Pastor Michelén and his wife Gloria have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
